We’ve put serious work into this. Please don’t take it. If you do and we find out, we’ll come for you politely first, then less politely.

Intellectual Property

Everything on this website. The copy, the design, the photos, the videos, the logo, the brand name, the strikethrough device, the receipt visual, the stamp, all of it. It belongs to Nobody Cares.

You can’t use it without our written permission. Permission is usually easy to get if you ask. Permission is impossible to get if you don’t.

Our Services

If you hire us, the actual terms of that engagement live in a separate document. A proposal or contract we’ll send you. That document overrides anything written here. The Terms on this page apply to your use of the website, not to your engagement as a client.

When we agree to work together, the contract will cover deliverables, timelines, payment terms, ownership, and what happens if things go sideways. We’ll always send you a copy in writing before any money changes hands.

Payments

Through this website, we don’t take any payments. The “Book the audit” button leads to a free 20-minute call. No card. No invoice. No charge.

If we end up working together, payment terms are spelled out in the contract.

No Guarantees (The Boring Bit)

Marketing involves variables we can’t always control. Algorithms change. Competitors do unpredictable things. Markets shift. Search engines update their rules without warning. None of this is anyone’s fault. It’s just the nature of the work.

What we guarantee is the work itself. Not the outcome. We’ll do everything we say we’ll do, in the time we say we’ll do it, to the standard we promised. We won’t guarantee a specific number of leads, a specific ROAS, or a specific traffic increase. Anyone who does is lying.

We will, however, refund or rework anything we genuinely didn’t deliver. That’s in the contract.

Website Accuracy

We try to keep this website accurate and updated. Sometimes things slip. A typo, an outdated case study, a service description that doesn’t reflect what we do anymore.

If you spot something wrong, tell us. We’ll fix it.

If you make a business decision based on outdated content here, that’s on you. Always email us before signing anything.

Direct damages from our actual paid services are governed by the contract, not these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

We don’t expect any disputes. We’ve never had one. We’d like to keep it that way.

Changes To These Terms

If we change anything material, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top. Significant changes will get an email if you’re already on our list.
